The overall, basic message of the FritoBats is this: Be an Individual. Don't be a sheep, don't conform, don't change yourself while seeking to find acceptance. You must first accept yourself, and others like you, will find you, or vice-versa. We discourage being "Trendy" for the sake of being trendy. If you like something, like it because you do, not because the star jock at your school does. That is pointless. You liking something for chance that you will be accepted isn't right. We discourage the following: Jocks, Trends (For the sake of being trendy), Snobs, The use of the power of popularity to drag those around you down, and the use of popularity to make other people feel like trash.  While popularity means nothing once you get out of high school, it is still a powerful force while one is in the education system.  Popularity can be interchanged with Authority once you are out in the real world.  We frown upon those people who enjoy flexing their authoritative powers to belittle those around them, or to quench their own power-hungry desires.  Thus, over zealousness, ego-mania, and chauvinism are not tolerated within the FritoBats (with the exception of Scooter).  Pray with me.

Definition of a Jock:  A Jock is someone who thinks that they are better than everyone else because they have superior skill in any sport.  Someone who thinks that just because they can run faster, play harder, or throw farther than most other people, that they are better than all those who do these same things at a lesser skill level. Don't be a Jock, for Jocks are an abomination in the sight of those around you, and people loose respect for those of the Jock kind.  While we do discourage labeling, and the uncontrolled prejudicing of others, we make an exception for Jocks, until proven good.
